At Juett, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@juett.in with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please note:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
